These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the GUANGFEILAI website, online store, products, content, features, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
The Services are operated by Haikou Longhua Guangfeilai Department Store (“GUANGFEILAI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Services, placing an order, or purchasing a product from us, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them to the extent permitted by applicable law.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or limits any consumer guarantee, statutory right, remedy, or legal protection that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or limited.
1. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you in order to use the Services or place an order.
If you purchase products on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business or organization to these Terms.
Our Services are primarily intended for consumers and legitimate business purchasers. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel transactions that appear to involve unlawful activity, fraud, abuse, or unauthorized use of payment methods.
2. Our Products
GUANGFEILAI provides energy monitoring, electrical, electronic, power-system, and related products.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, images, dimensions, compatibility information, availability, and other product information displayed through the Services are accurate and current.
However, minor differences may occasionally occur between website images and the actual product, including differences in packaging, labeling, color, accessories, or appearance, provided that such differences do not materially affect the product's functionality or performance.
Product specifications may be updated or modified by the manufacturer where such changes do not materially affect the advertised functionality of the product.
Where a product requires electrical installation, wiring, configuration, commissioning, or specialist knowledge, it must be installed, configured, and used in accordance with the applicable product documentation, safety requirements, and local laws and regulations.
Information provided through the Services is for general product and purchasing information only. It does not constitute professional electrical, engineering, legal, tax, or safety advice.
3. Product Compatibility, Installation, and Use
Before purchasing a product, you are responsible for reviewing the applicable product specifications, compatibility requirements, voltage and current ratings, dimensions, installation requirements, operating environment, and intended use.
Where applicable law requires professional installation or electrical work, you should use a suitably qualified professional.
Unless otherwise stated in the applicable product documentation, products must not be:

incorrect wiring or electrical connections;

operation outside specified technical limits;

unauthorized modification or alteration;

improper configuration;

misuse, negligence, or abnormal use;

failure to follow product documentation or safety requirements; or

physical damage caused after delivery and not attributable to us.
This section does not limit any statutory rights or remedies relating to products that are defective, unsafe, faulty, or not as described.
4. Product Software, Firmware, and Third-Party Integrations
Certain products may include or interact with firmware, software, mobile applications, cloud services, APIs, communication protocols, or third-party platforms.
Compatibility with third-party software or services may depend on factors outside our control, including software versions, operating-system updates, network configuration, API changes, discontinued services, or third-party policies.
Where a product supports technologies such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Ethernet, RS485, Modbus, MQTT, Home Assistant, or other third-party systems, compatibility should be confirmed against the applicable product documentation before purchase.
We do not guarantee that a third-party service or integration will remain available or unchanged indefinitely.
Where required by applicable law, this section does not limit your statutory rights concerning the product itself.
5. Orders and Order Acceptance
When you place an order through the Services, you are submitting an offer to purchase the selected products at the displayed price and under the applicable shipping and payment terms.
After receiving your order, we may send an order confirmation acknowledging receipt of the order.
An order confirmation confirms that we have received your order. It does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted for fulfillment.
An order is considered accepted when we expressly accept it or begin fulfillment, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
We may decline or cancel an order where permitted by applicable law, including where:

the product is unavailable;

there is an obvious pricing, product, specification, or technical information error;

we reasonably suspect fraudulent, unauthorized, or abusive activity;

payment cannot be successfully authorized or completed;

we cannot lawfully or practically fulfill the order for the requested destination;

circumstances outside our reasonable control prevent fulfillment.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will provide the applicable refund using the original payment method, subject to applicable law and our Return & Refund Policy.
6. Prices, Taxes, and Payment
Prices displayed on the Services are those applicable at the time of purchase.
Prices may change from time to time. A price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted unless otherwise required by applicable law.
You agree to provide accurate and complete billing and payment information.
We may use third-party payment providers to process payments. Payment processing may be subject to the applicable payment provider's terms and policies.
We do not knowingly request or store complete payment-card information outside the payment-processing systems used to process your transaction.
Duties and Import Taxes
For eligible products, destinations, and shipping methods, we offer Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping.
Under a DDP arrangement, we arrange the applicable international transportation and import-clearance process and, where applicable under the stated DDP arrangement, bear the import duties and import taxes associated with the shipment.
For an eligible DDP order, customers should not normally be required to make a separate payment to the carrier or customs authority for import duties or import taxes upon delivery.
DDP availability and treatment may depend on the destination, product type, shipping method, customs requirements, applicable tax rules, and applicable law.
If a charge is specifically identified at checkout as payable by the customer, that charge will be disclosed before the order is placed.
DDP shipping does not necessarily mean that every tax, government charge, regulatory fee, brokerage charge, or other cost in every jurisdiction is included unless expressly stated at checkout or in the applicable shipping terms.
We will not knowingly pass to you any import duty, import tax, or customs charge that we are required to bear under the applicable DDP arrangement or applicable law.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping options, applicable shipping charges, and estimated delivery information are displayed at checkout or otherwise communicated before or after an order is placed.
We may use international express, air freight, sea freight, postal, courier, or other transportation services depending on the product, destination, order size, and logistics requirements.
For eligible orders, shipping may be provided on a DDP basis as described in these Terms and our Shipping Policy.
Estimated delivery dates or timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.
Delivery may be affected by circumstances including:

customs processing;

severe weather;
-
transportation disruptions;
-
public holidays;
-
regulatory requirements;
-
incorrect or incomplete delivery information; or

other events outside our reasonable control.
Once an order has been dispatched, we may provide a tracking number where available.
You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address and contact information.
8. Shipping Address and Delivery Records
For payment-security and fraud-prevention purposes, we may ship an order only to the shipping address associated with the applicable payment transaction or order record.
If you request a change of delivery address after placing an order, we may require the order to be cancelled and a new order placed using the correct address.
We may use shipping services that provide online tracking and delivery records.
Where applicable, we may retain records including:

carrier delivery records.

Nothing in our Return & Refund Policy or these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights or remedies that apply to your purchase.
Where permitted by applicable law, voluntary change-of-mind returns may be subject to eligibility requirements, return conditions, and customer-paid return shipping costs.
Certain products may be excluded from voluntary change-of-mind returns where permitted by law, including products that have been permanently installed, wired, modified, customized, or otherwise materially altered after delivery.
Faulty, damaged, incorrect, unsafe, or non-conforming products will be handled in accordance with applicable law and our Return & Refund Policy.
10. Product Warranty and Consumer Guarantees
Some products may be covered by a manufacturer's warranty or a GUANGFEILAI commercial warranty, where expressly stated on the applicable product page, documentation, or warranty terms.
Any applicable warranty is in addition to, and does not replace, mandatory consumer guarantees or statutory rights.
Warranty coverage may be subject to reasonable conditions concerning installation, operation, maintenance, misuse, unauthorized modification, and compliance with product instructions, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Where a product is defective or does not comply with applicable consumer guarantees, we will provide the remedy required by applicable law.
11. Consumer Rights
Depending on your country or region, you may have mandatory consumer guarantees, statutory warranties, cancellation rights, repair rights, replacement rights, refund rights, or other legal protections.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or replace those rights.

We may remove or decline to publish content that is unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, abusive, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for matters that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability that applicable law requires us to retain.
Nothing in this section limits your mandatory consumer rights or remedies relating to defective, unsafe, faulty, or non-conforming products.
18. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims, liabilities, or reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Services, fraud, intentional misconduct, or material violation of these Terms.
This section does not require you to indemnify us for matters caused by our own unlawful conduct or for liabilities that cannot legally be transferred to you.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services where reasonably necessary, including in cases of fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, security threats, or material violations of these Terms.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and any other policies expressly incorporated into these Terms, constitute the agreement governing your use of the Services and purchases from GUANGFEILAI, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
If there is a conflict between these Terms and a mandatory legal requirement, the mandatory legal requirement will prevail.
