Terms of Service
Last Updated: September 7, 2026
Welcome to GUANGFEILAI.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the GUANGFEILAI website, online store, products, content, features, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
The Services are operated by:
Haikou Longhua Guangfeicai Department Store
海口龙华广飞菜百货商行
GUANGFEILAI is the brand and online store name used by the above business.
By accessing or using the Services, placing an order, or purchasing a product from us, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Services.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or limit any consumer guarantee, statutory right, cancellation right, remedy, warranty, or legal protection that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Where mandatory law applies, that law will prevail over any conflicting provision of these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you in order to use the Services or place an order.
If you purchase products on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business or organization.
Our Services are primarily intended for adult consumers and legitimate business purchasers.
We reserve the right to refuse, restrict, or cancel transactions where reasonably necessary to address:
-
suspected fraud;
-
payment fraud;
-
unauthorized use of a payment method;
-
unlawful activity;
-
abuse of our Services;
-
prohibited transactions;
-
shipping or customs restrictions;
-
regulatory restrictions; or
-
other circumstances where fulfillment would create an unreasonable legal, security, or operational risk.
Any cancellation or refusal will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
2. Our Products
GUANGFEILAI provides energy-monitoring, electrical, electronic, power-system, marine, RV, solar, battery, and related products and accessories.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, images, dimensions, compatibility information, availability, pricing, and other product information displayed through the Services are accurate and current.
However, minor differences may occasionally occur between website images and the actual product, including differences in:
-
packaging;
-
labeling;
-
color;
-
printing;
-
accessories;
-
appearance; or
-
manufacturer presentation.
Such differences will not intentionally be used to materially misrepresent the product offered.
Product specifications may change because of manufacturer updates, component changes, firmware updates, production changes, regulatory requirements, or other reasons.
Where a change does not materially alter the advertised functionality of the product, the updated version may be supplied.
Where a product supplied materially differs from the product advertised or ordered, your rights will be determined in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.
3. Product Compatibility, Installation, and Use
Our products may include electrical, electronic, battery, solar, marine, RV, and energy-monitoring equipment.
Before purchasing or installing a product, you are responsible for reviewing the applicable:
-
voltage requirements;
-
current ratings;
-
power ratings;
-
dimensions;
-
connection requirements;
-
compatibility requirements;
-
environmental limitations;
-
installation requirements;
-
operating conditions; and
-
intended use.
Where applicable law requires professional electrical work or installation, you should use a suitably qualified professional.
Products must be installed and used in accordance with applicable product documentation, safety requirements, and local laws.
Unless otherwise stated in the applicable documentation, products must not be:
-
operated outside their specified voltage, current, temperature, environmental, or other limits;
-
installed contrary to applicable instructions;
-
modified or rewired without authorization;
-
disassembled where doing so creates a safety or product-integrity risk;
-
used for an unintended purpose; or
-
used in a manner that creates an unreasonable safety risk.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for damage or loss caused solely by:
-
incorrect installation;
-
unsafe installation;
-
incorrect wiring;
-
reverse polarity;
-
electrical connection errors;
-
operation outside specified technical limits;
-
unauthorized modification;
-
improper configuration;
-
misuse;
-
negligence;
-
abnormal use; or
-
failure to follow applicable product documentation.
This section does not exclude or limit any statutory right relating to a defective, unsafe, faulty, misdescribed, or non-conforming product.
4. Product Software, Firmware, and Third-Party Integrations
Certain products may interact with:
-
firmware;
-
software;
-
mobile applications;
-
cloud services;
-
APIs;
-
Wi-Fi;
-
Bluetooth;
-
Ethernet;
-
RS485;
-
Modbus;
-
MQTT;
-
Home Assistant; or
-
other third-party systems.
Compatibility may depend on factors outside our control, including:
-
software updates;
-
operating-system changes;
-
network configuration;
-
API changes;
-
discontinued third-party services;
-
third-party policies; or
-
changes to supported protocols.
Where a product depends on a third-party service, we do not guarantee that the third-party service will remain available, unchanged, or compatible indefinitely.
Where applicable law provides mandatory rights concerning the product itself, those rights are not affected by this section.
5. Product Information Is Not Professional Advice
Information published through the Services is provided for general product and purchasing information.
It does not constitute:
-
professional electrical advice;
-
engineering advice;
-
legal advice;
-
tax advice;
-
customs advice;
-
marine safety advice;
-
vehicle safety advice; or
-
other professional advice.
Customers are responsible for obtaining professional advice where their intended installation or application requires it.
6. Orders and Order Acceptance
When you place an order through the Services, you are submitting an offer to purchase the selected products under the applicable product, pricing, payment, and shipping terms.
After receiving your order, we may send an order confirmation acknowledging receipt.
An order confirmation confirms that we have received your order. It does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted for fulfillment.
An order is considered accepted when we expressly accept it or begin fulfillment, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
We may decline or cancel an order before fulfillment where reasonably necessary because of:
-
product availability;
-
pricing or listing errors;
-
payment verification issues;
-
suspected fraud;
-
shipping restrictions;
-
customs restrictions;
-
regulatory requirements;
-
inability to obtain a compliant shipping method;
-
supplier or fulfillment problems; or
-
other circumstances that make fulfillment impossible or materially impractical.
If we cancel an accepted order for a reason attributable to us, we will provide the applicable refund in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.
7. Pricing and Availability
We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate pricing and product availability.
However, occasional errors may occur.
If an obvious pricing, product, specification, or availability error is discovered before fulfillment, we may contact you to:
-
confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or terms; or
-
cancel the affected order and provide the applicable refund.
We will not knowingly use an obvious pricing error to demand an additional payment after an order has been accepted without giving the customer the applicable choice required by law.
Product availability may change without notice.
8. Payment
Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can normally enter fulfillment.
We may use third-party payment providers, including:
-
PayPal; and
-
LianLian / 连连 or other payment providers made available through our store.
Payment processing may be subject to the applicable payment provider's own terms, privacy policy, security procedures, and verification requirements.
We do not normally receive or store complete payment-card credentials where those credentials are processed directly by the payment provider.
We may delay, reject, or cancel an order where a payment provider identifies a transaction as requiring additional verification or where we reasonably suspect unauthorized or fraudulent payment activity.
We will not use this provision to unlawfully deny a consumer remedy.
9. Shipping and Delivery
Our international orders may be fulfilled through suppliers, warehouses, freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, and other logistics providers.
Our current primary markets are:
-
United States;
-
Canada;
-
United Kingdom;
-
Australia; and
-
New Zealand.
Shipping availability may vary by:
-
product;
-
destination;
-
package size;
-
package weight;
-
product characteristics;
-
customs requirements;
-
transportation restrictions;
-
carrier availability; and
-
applicable laws.
Our Shipping Policy forms part of these Terms.
Where a product or destination cannot reasonably be served through a compliant shipping method, we may decline or cancel the affected order and provide the applicable remedy.
10. DDP Shipping
For eligible products and destinations, GUANGFEILAI may arrange shipment on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis.
Where a shipment is specifically offered as DDP, we arrange the applicable transportation and import-clearance process and bear the import duties and import taxes that are our responsibility under the stated DDP arrangement.
Customers should not normally be required to separately pay those included import duties or import taxes upon delivery.
However, certain charges may fall outside a particular DDP arrangement, including charges resulting from:
-
incorrect customer information;
-
incorrect delivery address;
-
customer-requested changes;
-
storage caused by customer action or inaction;
-
redelivery caused by customer action or inaction;
-
refusal or abandonment of the shipment;
-
special government procedures;
-
regulatory requirements;
-
unusual customs circumstances; or
-
other customer-caused events.
Where an additional amount is payable by the customer, we will disclose it before charging the customer where reasonably practicable and where required by law.
We will not knowingly pass to the customer any import duty or import tax that we are required to bear under the applicable DDP arrangement.
11. Shipping Delays
Estimated delivery dates or timeframes are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Delivery may be affected by:
-
carrier capacity;
-
customs processing;
-
customs inspection;
-
weather;
-
public holidays;
-
transportation disruptions;
-
strikes;
-
remote-area delivery;
-
regulatory requirements;
-
incorrect customer information;
-
third-party logistics issues; or
-
other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We will make reasonable efforts to assist with significant delivery problems.
Nothing in this section removes any statutory rights that apply when a seller fails to deliver within a legally required timeframe.
12. Customs and Import Requirements
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery and customs information where such information is reasonably required.
Customers must reasonably cooperate with legitimate customs or carrier requests.
We may be unable to fulfill an order where:
-
the destination prohibits importation of the product;
-
the product cannot legally be exported;
-
the product cannot legally be transported;
-
required documentation cannot reasonably be completed;
-
required regulatory approval is unavailable; or
-
no compliant shipping solution is reasonably available.
Where an order cannot be fulfilled for such reasons, we will provide the applicable remedy in accordance with applicable law.
13. Customer-Provided Information
You are responsible for ensuring that information you provide to us is accurate and complete, including:
-
name;
-
shipping address;
-
email address;
-
telephone number;
-
billing information; and
-
information reasonably required for customs or delivery.
If an incorrect address or materially incorrect information causes additional shipping, storage, return, or redelivery costs, we may seek to recover reasonable costs where permitted by applicable law.
This does not apply where the error was caused by us or where applicable law requires another remedy.
14. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Our Return & Refund Policy includes procedures concerning:
-
voluntary change-of-mind returns;
-
defective products;
-
damaged products;
-
incorrect products;
-
installed or modified products;
-
customized products;
-
return authorization;
-
return shipping;
-
refunds;
-
refused or unclaimed shipments; and
-
suspected return fraud.
Nothing in the Return & Refund Policy or these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
15. Warranty
Certain products may be covered by:
-
a manufacturer warranty;
-
a GUANGFEILAI commercial warranty; or
-
another warranty expressly stated on the applicable product page or documentation.
Warranty terms may vary by product.
A voluntary commercial or manufacturer's warranty is additional to any mandatory statutory consumer guarantees.
A warranty does not remove or reduce rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Warranty claims may require reasonable information such as:
-
order number;
-
product model;
-
serial number;
-
photographs;
-
video;
-
installation information;
-
error messages; or
-
other information reasonably necessary to diagnose the issue.
16. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Services for unlawful or abusive purposes.
You must not:
-
violate applicable laws or regulations;
-
engage in fraud;
-
use unauthorized payment methods;
-
interfere with website security;
-
attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems;
-
introduce malicious software;
-
scrape or copy substantial portions of the website without authorization;
-
impersonate another person or business;
-
submit knowingly false information;
-
abuse our return or refund process;
-
submit fraudulent claims; or
-
use the Services to facilitate unlawful activity.
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect our Services, customers, systems, or business, subject to applicable law.
17. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the GUANGFEILAI name, logo, website design, original text, product descriptions, photographs, graphics, page layouts, and other original content made available through the Services are owned by or licensed to GUANGFEILAI.
You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, publish, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from our proprietary content without prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.
Product names, trademarks, logos, software names, and other intellectual property belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners.
References to third-party products or technologies do not imply affiliation, endorsement, sponsorship, or authorization unless expressly stated.
18. User Reviews and Content
If you submit reviews, comments, photographs, videos, feedback, or other content to us or through the Services, you represent that:
-
you have the right to submit the content;
-
the content does not knowingly violate another person's rights;
-
the content is not knowingly fraudulent or misleading; and
-
the content does not contain unlawful material.
To the extent permitted by law, you grant GUANGFEILAI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, publish, adapt, and distribute such content for purposes including:
-
operating the Services;
-
improving our products;
-
customer support;
-

-

-

We may remove or decline to publish content that is:
-
unlawful;
-
fraudulent;
-
materially misleading;
-
abusive;
-
defamatory;
-
infringing;
-
threatening;
-
discriminatory; or
-
otherwise inappropriate.
We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of user-generated content.
19. Third-Party Services and Links
Our Services may contain links to or integrations with third-party:
-
websites;
-
applications;
-
software;
-
payment providers;
-
logistics providers;
-
manufacturers;
-
suppliers;
-
analytics platforms;
-
advertising platforms; or
-
other external services.
Third-party services operate independently from GUANGFEILAI and may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for the availability, security, content, privacy practices, policies, or performance of third-party services, except where responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.
20. Website Availability and Accuracy
We make reasonable efforts to keep the Services available and information accurate.
However, we do not guarantee that:
-
the website will always be available;
-
the Services will operate without interruption;
-
all information will always be completely error-free;
-
all products will always be available;
-
product information will never change; or
-
the Services will be completely free of technical or security vulnerabilities.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue portions of the Services where reasonably necessary for:
-
operational reasons;
-
technical reasons;
-
security;
-
legal compliance;
-
product changes; or
-
business reasons.
Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer rights.
21. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GUANGFEILAI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or unforeseeable losses arising solely from your use of the Services.
Where permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses caused solely by events outside our reasonable control, including:
-
carrier disruptions;
-
customs delays;
-
third-party service interruptions;
-
telecommunications failures;
-
internet outages;
-
natural disasters;
-
government actions;
-
transportation disruptions; or
-
other force majeure events.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer rights or remedies relating to defective, unsafe, faulty, misdescribed, or non-conforming products.
Where liability limitations are permitted by law, they apply only to the maximum extent permitted.
22. Customer Responsibility and Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims, liabilities, or reasonable costs arising directly from your:
-
unlawful use of the Services;
-
fraud;
-
intentional misconduct;
-
unauthorized use of another person's payment method;
-
material violation of these Terms; or
-
infringement of third-party rights through content you submit.
This provision does not require you to indemnify GUANGFEILAI for:
-
our own unlawful conduct;
-
our own fraud or intentional misconduct;
-
liabilities that cannot legally be transferred to you; or
-
matters for which applicable law prohibits such indemnification.
23. Fraud Prevention and Transaction Security
We may take reasonable measures to protect customers and GUANGFEILAI against fraud and unauthorized transactions.
These measures may include reviewing:
-
payment information;
-
order information;
-
shipping addresses;
-
transaction patterns;
-
return patterns;
-
product serial numbers;
-
delivery records; or
-
other information reasonably necessary for fraud prevention.
Where reasonably necessary and permitted by law, we may:
-
request additional information;
-
delay fulfillment for reasonable verification;
-
cancel suspicious transactions;
-
restrict abusive accounts; or
-
cooperate with payment providers, logistics providers, or relevant authorities.
We will not use fraud-prevention procedures to unlawfully deny a consumer remedy.
24. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:
-
fraud;
-
abuse;
-
unlawful activity;
-
security threats;
-
unauthorized access; or
-
material violations of these Terms.
Termination of access does not affect rights or obligations that arose before termination.
Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination will remain effective to the extent necessary.
25. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
By using the Services, you acknowledge that personal information may be processed as described in our Privacy Policy and in accordance with applicable privacy and data-protection laws.
Our Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms.
26. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to:
-
our products;
-
our Services;
-
our business operations;
-
payment providers;
-
logistics arrangements;
-
legal requirements;
-
technology; or
-
other relevant circumstances.
The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, changes will apply prospectively.
Changes will not retroactively alter the rights and obligations of an order that has already been accepted, except where such change is required by law or agreed by the parties.
Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
27. Governing Law and Consumer Protection
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operation of our business, except to the extent that mandatory consumer protection laws in your country, state, province, or territory provide additional rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Nothing in these Terms prevents you from relying on mandatory consumer protection laws applicable to your purchase.
Where applicable law provides you with rights to bring a claim in your local courts or under mandatory local consumer-protection rules, nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or restrict those rights.
28. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable where legally permitted.
If it cannot be made enforceable, it will be severed from these Terms without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.
29. No Waiver
If GUANGFEILAI does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, this does not mean that GUANGFEILAI has permanently waived its right to enforce that provision in the future.
Any waiver must be considered in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the particular matter.
30. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our:
-
Privacy Policy;
-
Return & Refund Policy;
-
Shipping Policy;
-
Warranty terms, where applicable;
-
Legal Notice; and
-
other policies expressly incorporated into these Terms,
constitute the terms governing your use of the Services and purchases from GUANGFEILAI, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
If there is a conflict between these Terms and a mandatory legal requirement, the mandatory legal requirement will prevail.
